My name is Malcolm Parnell and I live in Leicestershire. I paint mainly in oils, although occasionally I enjoy the challenge and the sublety of watercolour.

 

As a young boy I developed a great love for the countryside.  This is still very much  with me today  and I draw my inspiration from the many and varied landscapes we have on our doorsteps.  As well as painting landscapes I also receive commissions from people who wish to have their four legged friends captured in oil and I take great pleasure in seeing Fido or Tiddles immortalised on canvas.
